AMADA VENTIS 3015 FIBER LASER
Our VENTIS-3015AJ is the first fiber laser cutting machine to feature the Amada's LBC Technology, which improves both processing quality and productivity. In combination with a newly developed, high-brightness, single diode module 4kW fiber-laser oscillator, LBC technology sets a new world standard for laser profiling.
The most notable gains from the integrated LBC technology are available on stainless steel up to 20mm thick, and aluminum up to 18mm. VENTIS can also process many other materials, including steel (up to 25mm), brass (10mm) and copper (8mm) with a maximum sheet size of 3070mm x 1550mm.

Our AMADA Ventis 4kW fiber laser can effectively handle a range of materials: 25mm steel, 20mm stainless steel, 18mm aluminum, 10mm brass, and 8mm copper.

Why choose laser?
Laser offers high speed and extremely accurate cutting. The narrow kerf reduces the space between parts improving material efficiency.
This cutting technology produces a square, clean, dross free edge with minimal heat input, this means no clean up or finishing of parts.
Our laser can etch part numbers, serial numbers and/or logos onto parts to make it easier for your team.
